My neighbours are stealing my wireless internet access. I could encrypt it or alternately I could have fun.
So this guy has an unrestricted wireless network and other people are using it. So he splits the network in two, protects his half, and makes all traffic on the half the neighbors are stealing redirect to kitten war. This guy deserves a valentine.
